Thread: 400 hours of piecing on this one...

    This amazing quilt called "Fresh Cut Flowers" was pieced by Virginia Affleck. Amazing, simply amazing. She brought it to me to do the quilting, and I was totally nervous because she spent around 400 hours piecing this thing. Wow, a lot of work.

    That is beautiful, both piecing and quilting. Looks like you might have as many hours of quilting as she did piecing. You did an excellent job.

    Greenfairy, can you convince this woman to let you post a full-size photo? Your stitching is lovely, but I would love to get a complete feel for the whole quilt. What I can see is just beutiful!
