    DA Mayer...I used flannel material. It is really soft and cuddly. Used Warm -n-Natural batting.
    My niece likes pink. We also have a 7 yr old neighbor girl across the street. She may get it for Christmas.

    That's a good idea, Moonpie. I love the pink kitty! I will definitely look into that Simplicity pattern.

    How cute. Whiskers and needs cat"s eyes. Kind of looks like a Teddy bear. But I just love it the way it is.

    I'm never seen an animal blanket! What a great idea for kids!! I can just see a little one laying on that reading a book. :D

    I think I'll never get to seeing a cat--I'd blacken the eyes and nose and call her Pooh, Too. :wink:

    I have that pattern to or something like it. There's a few shapes out there in patterns. I have a bunch of the patterns. I love yours and really need to try it. Was it easy to do?
