    5 plus 2.5

    This one is just the top that will be taken to our charity group next week. I may or may not finishe it myself after being layered there. The blocks consist of a 5" square and a 5x2.5" strip. Goes together very quickly.

    I like it. A nice extension to our 2.5 inch squares. I agree, it does look like itty-bitty pillow cases.

    I formerly lived in Tonawanda and wonder what charities your quilts go to. I'm sure they are greatly appreciated wherever they go. Keep it up, the world needs caring people.

    So nice...looks like it makes a nice size and you can use a width of fabric for backing. To me that's a plus with charity quilts.

    yes, i love being able to use WOF. some of the charity quilt group members want to make them bigger, but they don't make many of them LOL The cancer center originally asked for 36x48, but then realized a little bigger is better. when i suggested 40-42 x 50-60, they were very happy with that size. Yay! sometimes, it's just hard to get the pattern to come to the right size. so far, none of the recipients have complained
