Very Nice quilt! I agree with the others. This may be simple to you but looks very complex to the average person. Hope he likes it.

Very beautiful quilt and the black against the bright colors makes it so stunning. Gorgeous is the only way to describe your quilt. I made a similar pattern from a book by Eleanor Burns called "Tennessee Waltz". It was a fun pattern to do. Your BIL is very lucky to get this gift.
