    i too am sewing, & sewing on a postage stamp quilt (queen size) so far 4992 blocks as of last night , i am using 2 inch blocks ,yours are smaller , they are a chore but worth it , yours is beautiful and like you i am keeping this one , :D

    Holy Smokes........ that's incredible !! How awesome that the fabric came from your mom, and now... you have created this amazing heirloom. You deserve a purple ribbon for your patience in sewing 7000 diamonds together..... WOW !!

    First of all you must have the patience of a saint! I would have given up after cutting out a couple of hundred. Great job!!!
