How disappointing. I would definitely contact the seller right away and file a complaint.

MTS was right to "wonder" whether this topic would remain.

Normally, we do not permit posting of consumer complaints.

However, i think the advice she offered is excellent. constructive, detailed, and useful to all of us for future reference. :thumbup:

but ... i will still need to lock it.
