Adorable...my DGD (4) loves anything Princess! You need to make her a matching doll quilt that she can carry around and wrap her baby dolls in! I like the idea of guilting a crown pattern. I embroider crowns on everything for my DGD!

My granddaughter went through the princess faze and it was so much fun to make things for her. Your quilt is so cute and her response will be all you need to know that your a super grandma.
