Thread: Adam and Eve for Bible quilt

    I finished stitching this block about an hour ago. Poor lighting for photo, but here is Adam and Eve. This quilt block will be part of my Bible quilt and it will also go into my book, The Creation. Ooops, I still have to embroider the snakes eyes and tongue...

    Thanks Latrinka. It will be a while before we see the final quilt. The book will come first. I've been working on appliqued quilt blocks for about five years teaching myself as I go. I've learned a lot and hope to move a little faster now that I'm retired, but I've barely made a dent in the number of blocks I need for the quilt.

    Very beautiful block. It is amazing when you take a photo, you notice the things that you forgot. I didn't. I only saw it because you told me.
