Default add another top to the pile...

i had better finish something soon. the attraction of contracting out to long armers grows ever stronger...

i like this one a lot. it went together pretty fast and i just think it's super cozy looking. i miss the heyday of ssi and debbie mumm/theresa kogut. these fabrics came from a little shop that's closing, and his stock is pretty "dated" but i truly love these sweet prints and gentle colourways.

it's for my mother. i have ambivalent feelings about that. we'll just call it a debt paid and leave it at that.

    thanks for being here!

I like that a lot! love the way the strips look "outlined". I agree wholeheartedly about your colors. Congratulations!

Nothing better than a sweet traditional log cabin in comfortable colors. And a quilt top hanging up with snow on the ground.

I agree with Kitsie. the strips look outlined. I think it is a great top.

Absolutely beautiful. Don;t think I would have traipsed out into the snow for the picture.

I love those calico fabrics, also. No matter what your debt, you can consider it paid with that great quilt!
