When I was living in Switzerland and my children habe been small ,every year I created for them an Advents calendar.
Now living in the States I made a wallhanging for my grandchildren. I was inspired by a wallhanging I saw in my LQS. 20 pockets are at the bottom and the 4 candles are pockets too...for each Sunday in December and Christmas Eve.
I just finished it and I only have to fill it with sweets and gift certificates for the candles.
