    An African memory

    Collected African print fabric while living there & my son wanted a quilt for his 21st a mission as I didn't have a pattern and just played around- took forever!

    I have a large collection of African fabric, have yet to see a pattern that would do them justice.
    Wish I had your creative ability - but I don't.

    That is just gorgeous! I collected fabric on a trip to Africa too, my fabric isn't nearly as beautiful!!!

    Thanks everyone -we went thru a faze of having a lot of African fabric so I did add to the 'collection' and a few batiks! Nooooooo didn't dent the stash!!

    We have a grandson in Africa and visited him earlier this year. I think you captured many of the feelings of Africa!
