    This is absolutely gorgeous. I have some batik that was hand-dyed in Tanzania by a woman's group. I've had it for a couple of years trying to decide what to use it for. You have just given me an idea. Too bad I don't embroider.

    When I first saw the picture of the quilt, I thought that was the fabric you had. When seeing the close up pictures, I am curious, did you do this applique or outline pictures on the fabric? No matter which it was, your work is beautiful and this is an amazing quilt.

    Everything was machine applique and embroidered - the machine did all the work of outlining and telling me where to put what!
