    Hi, The tags are not 3-D. They are sewn on and the quilting around makes them puff up. The little ropes were a bit tricky. I threaded them through and then sewed around them, moving them around so that they would look like they were added later. I did not follow the directions in the magazine, I only used the magazine as a guide. Hope this helps. Kathryn

    Thanks again everyone. Someone PM'd me asking if I would "share" the pattern. I am sorry. It is not my pattern to share. I do believe the magazine is still available in the stores.
