Default All from the scrap pile.....

I am definitely a scrap quilter and saver of scraps of all sizes... usually nothing less than an inch tho, thats pretty much my limit.... the colored strips finishes at 1/2 inch... I basically used the leftover scraps when i cut down my strip blocks that i made using phone book pages.. If there was an inch left, it was saved for a rainy quilt day.. Yes thats the hoarder in me, if theres any usable fabric ill keep it !!!

i know there are a few 'wide' non stitched areas ( 4 inches) but im ok with it.. its just a throw, well from scraps that would of otherwise been tossed away ! So im not concerned about the batting bunching after years of washing and usage.. I'm ok with it. I love the crinkle look!!!! Its a warm throw to cuddle under on a chilly evening. I named it "Bits N Pieces" ...

Thanks for looking..

Wonderful quilt! How clever! And to think I throw all those pieces away. I'll have to start saving them.

I'm a scrap saver too. I would rather make a quilt with scraps any day than to take yardage and cut it up! Love your Bits and Pieces

Beautiful use of your scraps. Shows what can be done with small scraps.
