Amazing Love - a wedding quilt

A wedding quilt for my youngest daughter, married on June 2nd. The quilt pattern is from the following website: http://hyacinthquiltdesigns.blogspot...den-fence.html. The multi-colored main fabric is over 15 years old and was partial payment for finishing a quilt for a coworker of my husband. My DD and I shopped together for complimentary fabrics and this is the end result! Her husband is a minister and there are a few Christian songs entitled Amazing Love...and their love for each other and God is an amazing testimony! I have added a photo of the happy couple!

Oops, I forgot to say that my good friend did the the machine quilting on her home made machine/frame! With two weddings in 6 weeks, I could not possibly hand quilt them!

I have that fabric in my stash! I love the quilt - and thanks so much for posting the photo of your beautiful daughter who looks so happy on her special day.
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.

I also was a June bride. Today is our 48th anniversary. I know that I would have loved to had received this as a gift, (guess I will just have to make one of my own). You did a lovely job for a lovely couple. Congratulations to all of you and I wish them love and joy on their journey. God's blessings on them. BrendaK

I have it, too! Who knew it could look so great in a quilt? Your quilt is just beautiful! And the newlyweds look so happy! Fabulous-ness all the way around! Kudos!

Thanks for sharing this beauty! Love the pattern and the fabrics you selected. I too had some of the floral ... and was bummed when I used the last piece of it a few months ago.

Beautiful couple and quilt. I love all the colors you both picked to accent the focus fabric. Thanks for sharing.
