A quick update: my daughter's teacher was so impressed with her flag she asked if she could display it in the classroom for a while after it has been placed in the hallway of the elementary school with the other kids projects. She promises to return it. I was so very proud for my daughter!

Bridget did a wonderful job making the flag. Both are beautiful. I hope she keeps making things.

You must be mighty proud of that little girl. She did a great job on that and a big pat on the back to her and her momma.

Far as I'm concerned your beautiful little 2nd grader made a 1st class flag. I would give her an A+.

Your daughter did a fantastic job. You and her both should be very proud!!! That's wonderful that the teacher wants to display it in the classroom for a while.
