Beautiful quilt! Love red, white and blue quilts and yours is exceptionally beautiful. I have a RWB quilt I am getting the backing ready now to take to the LA quilter. I think your FG are great. I use Eleanor Burns templates to make FG and I can make quite a few sizes and think this helps me get them done quicker and more easily.

[QUOTE=feline fanatic;8097941]It turned out great. I really like how the alternate blocks give the illusion of the star blocks being set on point.

Interesting.....when I look at this quilt, I see star blocks on point with flying geese sashing and a cornerstone!

Can you share the name of your pattern, please? I just love it!

Very pretty! I don't mind making flying geese if I can cut the shapes out with my die cutter.

I can see why you are so pleased...it’s a fabulous quilt. I love the pattern and the selection of fabrics. It’s not too over the top 4th of July, it is a great summer quilt.

I also love the movement created by the geese. What a wonderful quilt. Is there a pattern for this or something off the top of your head?
