    I am trying to teach myself to applique. Did you use fusible interfacing or such?? then how did you turn under the raw edges? By hand? I am wondering about the fucible stuff since I want to hand quilt it and don't think that I can quilt through the bonding material.
    Need to watch a few more tutorials..
