I have never done much crocheting before . . . more knitting . . . but these weren't too hard (well, the Lion head was a bit difficult), and I think there may be more in my future! I love the giraffe I've seen (Michael's website?).

Oh, I wish I could crochet -- those little animals are toooo cute! :-D

And I love how you outlined each of the critters on the quilt, too. Very nice!!

I've now got TWO grandsons and I love making stuff for them. You're going to have a ball....
