All of these are remarkable! I especially love the handquilting with the 30's prints--irresistible!

I JUST DID EACH SECTION AND DEVISED A QUILTING DESIGN AS I WENT. SOME ARE CROSSHATCHED WHICH IS VERY TRADITIONAL--SOME IN THE DITCH AND SOME ECHO--WHATEVER MY LITTLE FINGERS FELT LIKE DOING. IT TOOK ABOUT 2 WINTERS TO QUILT EACH ONE. I HAVE FIBROMYALGIA AND CANNOT SIT AT A HOOP OR FRAME SO I HAVE A LOCAL GUILD HERE HAND BASTE IT FOR ME AND THEN I COVER MYSELF WITH THE WEIGHT OF THE QUILT ON MY SOFA AND QUILT AS MUCH AND AS OFTER AS I CAN. IT KEEPS THE COLD NIGHTS AT BAY.
