Oh it looks BEAUTIFUL!!! Thanks for taking the time to post each block. What a treasure for your son and his wife!
I'll post pictures of mine if I ever finish it. I didn't do anything creative like you did... I just copied her patterns for each block. I did enjoy selecting the fabrics.
I will probably just do a straight stitch instead of a zigzag. I can never get a nice neat zigzag on those little pieces. Yours looks great.
Thanks!

I am gazing at each of your blocks in awe. I love them. They are all absolutely beautiful and the work is so well done. I'm sure you are very proud of that quilt and that your son appreciates it very much.
You could be my teacher any time. How did you zigzag stitich so well around all those tiny pieces and all those points? I'm envious.

What a treasure! I have just recently become familiar with Debbie Field's fabrics and plan to make a table runner. But, this quilt is extraordinary. I like the way all the blocks are different but yet they are very harmonious when put together.

Thank-you everyone for your kind words. That's probably the first & only time I'll ever tackle such a big project but it was fun to do & my son & DIL truly love & appreciate it which really made it worthwhile.
