This quilt is a jelly roll, it is a quilt as you go starting with the diamond in the middle placing a piece of fabric on each side of diamond until completed,I quilted a butterfly in the middle fmq. by the way the binding came as extra for the binding .

The diamond is 11"1/2 w x 19"1/2 L connect the points 1/4 seam allowance is included.
I think I will do another with softer colours, Post a picture when finished ,good luck.

forgot to mention you have to sandwich both backing and batting, find the center than position the diamond.

What a great idea - thanks for posting!
A fabric stash is always missing that one fabric needed to finish the quilt on which you're working.

Great jelly roll quilt. I have a baby quilt in the planning with one large log cabin block, but I like this setting better! Thanks for showing us a unique idea!
