    I like it! I like the way the black sets off the design so well and I like the border fabric how it picks up all the colors.

    Thanks everyone! I always question my initial colour choices but once they are sewn together, it almost always looks amazing (I've certainly had a couple of oh wow, that's awful moments!)

    I bought the template and the patterns from them.

    It really is not hard to make at all, it's just tedious, time consuming and you absolutely have to pay attention to block placement. Once wrong turn, and it won't line up.

    It started out like this:

    [ATTACH=CONFIG]619400[/ATTACH]

    I only cut out two rows at a time and would sew them together in blocks of four. After two rows were done, I'd cut another two rows, sew them together and then repeat.

    I found it gave me a break from cutting (it's a lot of squares to cut out with your rotary cutter), and it's pretty fast to sew them all together.
