These fabrics were all from my stash, but I cannot remember where or when or why I purchased this large purple floral! Not my usual color scheme! The inner blocks are called 'antique tile' and I found them in a Quiltmaker magazine awhile ago. I thought they were interesting, so I decided to try them. I like the way the corners of those blocks fit together. I'll probably use them again. Of course, in the magazine the block was 9" square, so I had to mini-ize it.

I used black thread to SITD in the middle, then used gold thread and a "Borders Made Easy" pattern to do the border. One pic shows the paper on the quilt before I sewed on it. It was pretty easy to use, I will probably use it again. One pic shows the back of the quilt.

Hope you like it!
