I think it stands for "quick response". Smart phones can read it if you have the application on your phone.

I love your quilt, I love that it's set on point, and I love the colors. And the heart within the QR is really cool.

This is gorgeous! As much as I love the variety of modern patterns, sometimes I think the simple, classic ones are my favorites. This really showcases the beautiful colors! It's also fun to see technology spilling over into what you might call "traditional" crafts...I've seen a cross-stitched QR code but this is my first time seeing a quilted one. I love both sides of this quilt
