Default another scrappy

Binding's on! This is my version of the scrappy that PaperPrincess shared with us last summer. I've been using this lockdown time trying to use up my scraps.

Sew cheerful! Have you come anywhere near using up your scraps? I've made a big art quilt (Covid Crisis) and a bed quilt with colors blending like a color wheel (sometimes with a little help from paints), all from my stash & scraps. You'd never know anything was missing. I had a talk with myself about using everything up (that will never happen) and thought about the pleasure, the therapy, the satisfaction, the fun and the friends sewing has given me over the ups and downs of many years, and decided using up doesn't matter.

Your scrappy looks like you had a lot of fun and satisfaction, too. It's going to make someone very happy.

Love this in every way. I, too, have been trying to use up my scraps and find even those quilts leave more scraps, albeit smaller in some case. (I just finished the pieces for Bonnie Hunter's new mystery with an abundance of FQs I had on hand, but now have pieces of all colors to decide to keep, cut smaller or donate.) It is a never ending mission. So kudos to you for staying in the fight.

I love scrappy quilts! It seems like most of my quilts these days are scrappy and I am no where close to making a dent in them. Right now I have a queen size scrappy ready to quilt and it is all basted and ready to go. Your quilt is so beautiful. I just love it.

Cathy, Your quilt is beautiful. I have an abundance also and still cutting them up into sizes can use. They never go away, however, remember we paid for all those too!

Oh. Setting them on point with the constant color cornerstones really is nice
