Here's a couple of little things I have done this weekend. My cut pieces in the log cabin were 3/4" wide and not PP, but did use a foundation. The 4P blocks finished at 1/2"; they were leftovers from the log cabin

Need to quilt and bind yet

Wonderful work, lady! I have used 3/4 in strips also, but I've not been brave enough to attempt a classic log cabin yet, but it's on my list!

I love that you framed those pieces, how effective is that? Will you be hanging that in your sewing room? Your Log Cabin will be beautiful, love your choices of fabric.

    Thanks for sharing.

Those are so pretty-so gentle! I use 1" on log cabin quilts--but I'd not want to venture to 3/4"!!!

First of all thank you for the kind comments. No, this little spring quilt is not going into my sewing room, but to a friend who said the right things at the right time. Hope she doesn't mind that it's just a little wonky in the frame. It's not supposed to be :(.
I have this challenge to myself when I make these little ones--only use what's in the scrap bins. I don't purposely cut strips that size, I take them from my 3/4" strip bin, so fabric selection can be limited. But it doesn't take much fabric  Admittedly if I need, say as in this quilt more light fabrics, I will cut a 3/4" strip from the end of a 1 1/2" scrap strip. But only if I have to :D

Those are very creative and I saw a kit that had pieces 1/2 inch or less. I like yours much better.
