Just ran across this on Makower UK's site. Do you think there's a market for it? Should we carry this?

I think it would be great for an I-spy quilt. I happen to like donkey's.

Yes, I would like about 3 yards, please. My parents own an antique store that is called Mules 'n More. This would be perfect for them.

This fabric is supposed to be coming out in January. I've ordered three bolts !! because this is the only donkey fabric I have ever seen. It's part of a larger collection of horse fabrics that you can see on Makower's site here: http://www.makoweruk.com/collection....llection_ID=64. I've also ordered these fabrics from the collection too.

I can see making a husband a quilt out of the donkey fabric... a Jack A** for a Jack A**. Just kidding. (My husband has a little of that in him, but he is a pretty decent guy most of the time.)

I like it! Really!!! I could certainly use some for my fiance's grandsons' and my nephew and nieces' I Spy quilts!!! There is something charming about it! How could anyone not love those faces?! :D You know it also would be a fabric that could be used for a Christmas story quilt.

There is a grey donkey in the upper left area that looks exactly like #1 son and daughter in law's donkey, Dexter! I would love to get a small piece of that for a table runner or block in a quilt to make for them. Yes, I think you should order it! There are a lot of donkey lovers in this world and a lot of quilters that would love to make their kids happy by letting them know they approve of what they are doing, even though they may make asses out of themselves. Ha Ha. Edie PS - Millie the Mammoth donkey is cute too.
