Thanks so much for sharing this with me. I really like it and feel you did a wonderful job. Nice how you were able to downsize it from the original. I'd hang that in my house in a heartbeat. I hope it brings a good price and helps those with breathing difficulties. I myself am an almost 73 year old retired nurse and writer, with only 34% of my lung capacity available, because of COPD (Emphysema and chronic bronchitis) from smoking 35 years (Quit in 1990) I make and give away dolls to kids with devastating illnesses, such as cancer, etc etc etc.

Best of luck to you and yours. God Bless and thanks again for posting this.

It's made all from scraps and stash and I plucked up courage to get more adventurous and free motioned dragonflies, reeds and bullrushes on my Janome 9000....(just don't look too close at my stitching! :O). I added beads which just finished it off I feel!

It will be raffled on Wednesday to try and raise much needed funds for BreatheEasy, the support group of The British Lung Foundation, as my partner John is the Chairman of the local branch.

Thank you so much for your kind words, I hope that you receive good care and support too. Any funds raised will go to buy nebulisers, which the local Respiratory Nurses will give to newly diagnosed patients with COPD. I look forward to checking out the doll website, such a worthwhile cause!
