    Here's a couple of photos of a pillow I made as a gift. It's made completely of Dupioni silk. Her office is decorated in classical decor, and I've never been to her home, so I'm hoping the neutral colors work.

    Actually, Dupioni silk is not so slippery. The nubs make it a little rough, and the fibers tend to hang on to each other sort of the same way that wool does. I enjoy working with this fabric. Just wish it weren't so expensive.
