    Attic find

While having work done on her house, these quilt blocks were found in the attic of my friend. She does not know who did them. They are hand pieced. They were very stained so I soaked them in the sink until white again. Set them together with fabric from a 96 yr old friend. EnjoyName: Sandra Sq.jpg

It's beautiful! If only the original quilter was known how much more special might it be. That's why we need to label things, even finished blocks that we haven't gotten around to putting into a quilt.

This is quite a story!! You put a lot of energy in!! The result is fantastic. Love the way you set the blocks on point. The sashing adds to it also. You seem to have nice friends with big heart. Treasure them.

Very pretty. Aren't you glad to finish one so old and so pretty. You should feel good about doing all this.
