Really cute!! They'll love it! But I thought we generally called these creations "quilts", not blankets, which I've always thought of as one layer of fabric rather than pieced front, batting, and backing.

Yes. We call them quilts but the non-quilting portion of our extremely large family refer to them as blankets. As long as they love them I don't care if they call them pickles! LOL
