A couple of months ago I did a crib bumper for my niece with a dust ruffle. Well now I am getting to the quilt...so here are a few pics of my progress. It's an applique quilt. I still have a bit of work to do on it. My niece wanted pink and brown...this is what I came up with.

Soo Neat. It is different than the run of the mill baby quilts. Great for a very special baby!

I wish that I could say I had designed it, but I found the pattern at the Atlanta sewing and quilting show this spring. It called Girraffe Park by Mckenna Ryan. The company that makes it is Pine Needles. The pattern is sold in 7 differnet parts and instructions are included to make each square into a seperate wall hanging as well if you want.

Oh wow, that will be such a nice quilt. The applique is so different (from most baby quilts). I love it.

That is so cute. I love the way you took us through it step by step. It started so plain and turned into a lovely quilt. Great job and thanks for sharing.
