A baby quilt and a doll quilt for the baby!

I just sent these off to a young friend and her husband. Their baby girl will be born by C Section tomorrow! Her name will be Isabelle Grace. Hope you like them!

So that's what you've been up to. Looks great. For some reason, I'm thinking these are made from flannel. They look so soft and cuddly. G

Isabelle Grace was born today! She and Momma and Papa are in fine shape. Her Momma tells me that the quilt is hanging over the side of the crib, just ready for use when Isabelle gets home.

Yes, they are flannel -- which was a pain to sew on, IMHO -- but soft and comfy. What looks like solid pink is really a pink and white gingham print.

Since the "I" in the middle looks so much like an "H" sideways, one friend suggested that they can just give their second child a name that starts with H (Henrietta?) and use the quilt again!
