Default Baby Quilt and Grandson's Quilt

Our neighbor just had a new baby and I found this kit from Connecting Threads in my stash bins. Pattern is Ziggy Baby from Cluckclucksew fabric is Laurel Burch. I did straight line stitching for the quilting.

The second quilt is for my grandson's 3rd Birthday. It uses the Super Fred fabric collection from Michael Miller. I couldn't resist since his name is Fred and he's pretty super. I did a loopy meander for the quilting. Have not been able to give to him yet due to COVID quarantine but hopefully soon.

Love them both. The zig zag quilt is always a winner in my book for its graphic bright fabrics. I'm not familiar with Super Fred, but so adorable you were able to make your grandson a quilt with his namesake fabric and large enough for him to keep for a long time.

They're both wonderful quilts. I hope you can deliver them both in person very soon.

They are both wonderful quilts and express a great deal of talent. Thanks for sharing.

These are so charming! The zigzag quilt must have taken a bazillion stops and starts in the quilting - very cool!

And that Super Fred quilt is adorable - how great that Fred has a "Super Fred" quilt!

The baby will love the colors, and Super Fred will love his namesake quilt. Both quilts are Great.
