I can envision a tiny baby using this and when it comes a toddler, draging it everywhere. My grandson had a "B" that I thought he would probably carry it down the aisle with him when he got married. My daughter proudly displayed it at his high school graduation (just to embarrass him). What fun. Sadly, it was also displayed at his funeral when he was killed in Afghanistan. It was made by my husband's mother who never saw him. You just never know when you make a quilt where it will end up. I can say this one certainly was loved and continues to hold wonderful memories. (I apologize if this make you uncomfortable).

Very bright and cheery quilt. Love all of your fabrics. The pattern you used looks like so much fun to make.

Congratulations on being great grandma again! How special. What a cheery quilt for tummy time and to be dragged around when older. The bright colors good for vision too I'm told!

So sorry for your loss! They do become attached to their "B's". That's what my son called his. (Made by my DH's grandmother). He refused to go to camp initially, because he worried other kids would make fun of him. We solved the problem by putting it inside the zippered pillow protector. At night he could unzip it, and hold onto his B without anyone knowing!
