It is a lovely quilt. If your niece truly doesn't want this quilt, I'm sure there are many organizations that would love such a beautiful donation.

OK...I can honestly say your niece is a witch/rude....I would never, ever say I would not accept it or not like it...I can't believe how some people were raised..Your quilt is beautiful and I am sure any boy or girl would love to be wrapped in it....

Seriously, men these days wear pink and lavender shirts as well as pale yellow.

The quilt is gorgeous. I hope you will give it to someone who will love and appreciate it.

I think it is a beautiful quilt... but I do have to agree with the neice. A little too much pink/purple to be boyish. Put it away and when someone announces they are expecting a girl, you will be all set!

It's very nice....I do think it leans towards the girl side....but if I was given it as a gift I would never say I don't want it....that's just rude

I can't believe it. It doesn't matter for a baby! It was, as all quilts are, made with love and a gift from the heart. It's not frilly, it's babyish!

When my sister had boy #8 she used the pink quilt someone made anyway! He is 34 now and seems no worse for the wear.

How incrediblly thoughtless and mean! I would NEVER make her anything as she is as someone else said a witch. So much thought and work and time and money goes into making something like that for someone and then to be told they don't want it? Rude Rude Rude

I love your quilt and the colors. I have been thinking of making a baby quilt for a friend and I like the pattern you used. May make one just like it if you don't mind me using your idea.

I love it and if I had to pick, I would say it leans more to boy with all the blue!

It's a very sweet quilt and so thoughtful of you to make it.

Maybe keep it at your house for him to use when he visits?

that is a beautiful quilt for a boy or a girl...save it for someone else and don't make her anything else...that is terrible ,what she said.

Wow, back in the day before all this modern technology lets you know what you are having before you have him/her, this would be perfect. To be so blessed that you don't need an extra at some point must be very nice. It is beautiful, bright and cherry and would be well loved if given a chance.

Well it is her loss is what I say. It is a beautiful quilt and would be a wonderful gift for either boy or girl to me. Wonderful work! Maybe there is someone else coming that will need it more and this is suppposed to be saved for them.. it will happen!

It's a beautiful quilt, just put it away for now, I am sure you will find a worthy receipant. I do think it is more girlish, but to refuse it, that's rude.
