Default Baby quilt nautical

I made this for one of my nieces new baby. I could not find fabrics that suited me. Came across a couple of shirts that were nautical and cut up my husband's blue strip shirt that was in my sewing stuff. The navy was regular fabric. I really liked how it came out and so did my niece. It is quilted with anchors and rope.

What a great quilt, it did turn out beautifully. I think utilizing cool fabrics from other sources makes fantastic quilts....yours proves it without a doubt.
