Blargh, I just had a whole message typed out and then my browser crashed!!!

Ok, so this is my quilt top, it's my second ever, and it's for my friend who's preggo. We don't know if it's going to be a boy or a girl yet so I stuck to brights and tried to avoid pink. The back is going to be yellow flannel.

The blue print is kind of bugging me, because it's the only print in there, but I was using the fabric I already had. I'm not going to take it apart because that would be too much work, and I'm WAY to eager to get going on my next project, lol!

    It is lovely!

By the way, in the picture you posted the blue doesn't read as a print, but as a solid.

Very lovely! I love the colors.
I would like to make one for myself (one of these years) with bright colors, but I want to use black instead of white with it.

Not really, it's basically just a jewel box pattern, and I had tons of fabric left from my last quilt. I saw a pic online that I liked so I sort of semi-copied someone else's quilt too, lol!
