What a nice gift! She will just love it and think of you when she is using it, I am sure.

This is really a fun and quick quilt to make. Here is a link to a tut on You Tube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bEJLnaZQOU I didn't want it too big so I only pulled some of the pinks, greens and lights from a jelly roll for this one but I plan on using an entire jelly roll and making another one.
Thanks everyone for your sweet comments.

Great job on the quilt and the tote. I want to make 4 baby quilts and I just might
steal your quilt idea, I like the stripes and think the baby will also enjoy looking
    at bright colors. Good job.

The quilt is adorable, your colors fit together sew well. I want to make one like it. I love the pinks. Added to my favorites.
