Default Baby Quilts off my list of "To Dos"

I have five baby quilts to finish by May. Why do I commit to this many? Any way, two are done and I wanted to share. I used the same fabric line, all 1930 reproductions from multiple designers and manufacturers but two different quilts.
First is my version of Pat Sloan's "Traffic Jam" and the second quilt is named "Feed Sacks" from Kim Brackett's book Scrap Basket Surprises. Both easy to accomplish and appropriate for a beginner. I did adjust the number of blocks from the original patterns to create a good size for a little one. Both are about 45 inches square.

Both quilts are so pretty. I would love either one for my full size bed

These are both so simple to complete that a full sized top could be done in a week-end. Here is the link to the free pattern for the Traffic Jam quilt. There are lots of photos of this pattern on Pat Sloan's web site. Let your imagination soar. https://patsloan.typepad.com/files/0...am-pattern.pdf

Well done! These are both charming. I like the 30s fabrics. They look so comfortable and comforting.

Great baby quilts! I have 3 to make and this gives me some great ideas! I too follow Pat Sloan and enjoy her YouTube channel.

They are both pretty and colorful quilts with those fabrics. Good luck on finishing the next three projects. It is so easy to overload our to-do lists.
