    How do you cut the pattern for the octagon? I had the instructions at one time but they disappeared!

    I wondered the same thing :0) Could it be as simple as cutting the four corners off of a square? I'm sure you will get answers but doing a Google search, here is a link to how this blogger made an octagon tree skirt....Hmm??? I wonder?
