    The tutorial is this:
From Quiltblocklibrary.com the block pattern called Greek Cross can be downloaded for $1. The block is not available on Quilters' cache. the value placement on the sample block makes it seem like it is very different from what I have made.
There is a mistake on the pattern from Quilt block library. They give you the templates for the triangle (which I've used as the leaves), and the trapezoid (which I've used as the petals). However, they forgot to add a seam allowance to the trapezoid! You have to add it to that one template. Another good tip: you cut cut all four petals for each flower from a 10" square of fabric- good for those layer cakes.
This quilt is 16 Greek Cross blocks with a special border that I figured would make the illusion of curves stronger, and the leaves pointier.

Very good practice on Y-seams. I needed to do this before I start on something like a LeMoyne star or Mariner's Compass.

That is beautiful! It just undulates! And you are one brave lady to attempt set-in seams. I'd rather do curves all day every day rather than set in a single seam... LOL! Thanks for sharing this gem with us!

Very pretty, indeed! Looks like a Storm at Sea... I have a small one that is in a couple of colors, one just a hot pink that makes hearts... yours would too. Love it after a second look.

Love this one-Reproduction is my favorite type of fabric. Yes-Can you do a tut as I would love to make this one too. You could easily make it larger by using this as the center & build around it!!

When I read what you had based your design on I hadn't expected what I saw when I scrolled down. I love your design. So nice to see something innovative for a change. Well done.
