    My brother and his wife's 50th wedding anniversary is in November and I've been debating making this one for them. Did you buy just the pattern or did you buy the whole kit? Is this foundation that you leave in or have to take out after it's sewn? I've foundation pieced before, but not something so complicated. Maybe I should try the bed runner first. Yours is spectacular!!! I would LOVE to be able to give them something as amazing as that.

    It's beautiful! I was lucky enough to help put one like that together for our guild's raffle quilt last year. It was fun to do and lots of pieces! Enjoy the process!
