Default A Barbie birthday gift for neighborhood girl

There is the cutest little girl across the street who calls me grandma. She is four and I enjoy her when her dad visits hubby. I made this last fall for her to organize hair ribblons and socks or her toy doll parts into. It has many pockets on it for little things. These were items from my stash that I think came together pretty dog-gone good. Anyway, I know she loves it, so it might be something you gals might make for your little ones who need some storage. ??

That is really neat. Looks like a lot of time went into it with the embroidery and all.

That's so pretty! I'll bet she loves it - it's very special! No wonder she calls you Grandma.

Yes, I created the pattern. But, it was very straight forward in design. I had a embroidered pillowcase and the barbie fabric on hand. It was easy to marry them together and to quilt it. I then lined the whole thing to slip over and fit onto a plastic clothes hanger for hanging ease. (Also in case the hanger breaks) I really felt she would like the organizer more. She always carries her barbies around with her.
