I wish I had a daughter who would make me a jacket like that especially with that touch of grey on it!!

Those jackets are so pretty .....love both styles. I made me a SS jacket using a Jelly Roll, very cute but when i had to wash it then I dried it which I shouldn't have so I gave it to my daughter.....thinking of making another one but in brown tones with prewashed fabrics.......they are really warm for winter. I also have a green one in crazy patch style.
Have received lots of compliments on them both.......

well, one going to a little girl and it having so much soft pink in it... I figured it will need washing every now and then.... so I heavily prewashed everything.... and then I did a bit of SITD across it to help stablize it a bit.... but kids grow so fast...
I've been wanting one for myself for a while, but I hate wearing jackets so much... I just haven't.. I figured this was a good time to make one... it really was much easier than I thought it would be.... YEA!
