    Default bargellos for my kids
    The purple one, for my daughter, is called Island Sunrise by Eileen Wright. The green one, for my son, is called Argyle, also by Eileen Wright. Both are from her book More Twist-and-Turn Bargello Quilts. I have posted the purple one before. The green one still needs to be quilted at the quilt shop. But I am soooooo glad I'm done piecing these two. Took me forever. I think I'm off bargellos for a while. I'll do some project Linus quilts when I can find some simple patterns.     Both are just fabulous! If I had to pick a favorite I'd say the green. I don't think I've seen a bargello pattern like it, and I really like the color too. You're kids are going to be thrilled :-)

    Personally, I like the purple one best for two reasons...the color, of course, but that pattern is wonderful! Love it!

    Two beautiful quilts. You did a beautiful job on both and you have two lucky kiddos. I love the bargello pattern and would someday try to make one.
