Love your quilt and I think you were right in your decision to wait until a pattern spoke to you. I love basket patterns and civil war fabric so I really like your quilt. Beautifully done. Thanks for sharing.

I love this! A very traditional pattern in CW fabrics and the cake stand (which is what I know that block by) really shines set on point with high contrast fabrics used. I really like the inner border of triangles too.
