Your bag is so beautiful, and very classy looking. I would try for a sell at that price someone above mentioned. I too am so sorry to hear about your job. I said a prayer for you for things to work out.

That is the prettiest bag ever, and there have been some beauties posted here! I cannot wait
to try this method. I make mug rugs out of the clothesline method, and that approach is great for that project, but I believe the batting would be more user friendly for a purse. Just beautiful! You have inspired me!

Love your bag, I have not been in the bag making mode as yet maybe one day. Yours is lovely and sorry to hear about your lay-off but glad you have your sewing to keep you upbeat and busy.

Really like your bags, I enjoy making totes. Sorry about your job, I totally understand what you are going through and feeling, I received a Friday morning call 3 weeks ago (I got a call because I worked from home in a different state) and was told that my position was being terminated - after 14 years also. Totally from out of left field, no indication or advanced warning. In fact at the end of June I spent a week at a conference and was being scheduled for another one in Nov.
