oh my, that is absolutely breath-taking! My sister lives in Fountain Inn & her husband volunteered at the Aunt Het event. I hear that it had a wonderful turn-out this year.

Since I know many of you will ask, the individual block patterns can be found at www.lenzula.com. The overall layout/design is my creation.

The size is 88' x 96', there are 10 different "starburst" patterns, plus the mini "suns" and "moons." This took 8 months and 10 days of daily work just for the piecing, but with all of the different colors it stayed fun.

BTW, one of the pics is upside down, but since I haven't yet decided which is the top of the quilt and which is the bottom, I guess it doesn't matter!
